02 · Trade & merchandising

Worldwide merchandising of textiles with specific applications.

From a sampling metre to a container programme — bought from the producer that fits the part, not from the one that happens to be closest.

01 / The position

Independent beats convenient.

A producer sells what its own machines can make. A pure broker sells what is in the inbox. We do neither: the enquiry is matched to the construction, and the construction decides which mill, coater or converter gets it — in Europe, in Türkiye or in Asia.

That is what «syncing the market needs with the players doing» means in practice, and it is why a TT-BC offer usually contains two routes instead of one.

    Worldwide

Regions describe where we normally source these groups, not fixed supplier assignments — the route is decided per project.

03 / How an order runs

Six stations, no surprises.

01

Enquiry

You describe the application and the volume. We come back with questions — usually the ones nobody asked before.

02

Route & offer

We name the realistic producers, the construction and the commercial frame: price, minimum run, lead time, Incoterm.

03

Sample & first article

Sampling metres, test report, your own trial on the line. Nothing goes to series before it has run once.

04

Series & call-off

Framework quantity, call-offs, roll lengths, labelling and packaging set up for your process.

05

Documents & logistics

Test certificates, declarations, customs papers and the forwarder — handled, not forwarded to you.

06

Second source

While the first source runs, we keep a qualified alternative warm. That is the cheapest insurance in the chain.

What we handle for you
  • Supplier selection and qualification
  • Price and framework negotiation
  • Sampling and first-article coordination
  • Test reports and declarations of conformity
  • Roll length, width, put-up and labelling
  • Packing, marking and container planning
  • Incoterms, export documents and customs
  • Claims, deviations and corrective action
